These Booking Terms apply to all appointments booked with Feel Revive (“we/us”). By booking, you agree to the following.

Booking & Payment

  • All appointments must be paid in full online at the time of booking.

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment start time, subject to availability.

  • Reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation (see below).

Cancellations

  • You can cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment start time for a refund.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable (as the time is reserved for you).

No-shows

  • If you do not attend your appointment (a “no-show”), the full payment is charged and is non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.

Health Information

  • You must complete the consultation form honestly and tell us about any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, or medications that may affect your treatment.

  • We may decline or adapt treatment if it isn’t safe or appropriate.

Treatment Boundaries

  • You can ask questions, request adjustments, or stop the treatment at any time.

Results & Aftercare

  • Everyone responds differently to massage; results cannot be guaranteed.

  • If you have a medical concern, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
